- The median closed price of a Denver metro area home was $602,000, which is 4% higher than last year at this time and 1% higher than last month.

- In April, homes spent 9 days in the MLS, this is compared to 8 days in last April and 3 days less than last month.
New Listings
- Sellers added 6,095 new listings to the market in April, this is 26% more than last April and 22% more than last month.
Pending Listings
- Buyers executed contracts on 4,401 listings, this is 4% higher than last April and 7% higher than last month.
Activity by Price Range
- Most activity on listings were those in the $500-600,000 price range with 755 listings closed and 1,088 new listings.
Active Listings and Volume
- Standing inventory was 65% higher than last April, with 7,730 homes actively for sale in the Denver Metro area.
