As a Colorado native who was raised in Colorado Springs and has lived in the Denver-area for the past 20-plus years, Lance possesses an intimate knowledge of the Mile High City and its surrounding areas. Lance draws from a range of professional experiences that include sports broadcasting, not-for-profit marketing & fundraising, and corporate sales & recruiting to understand his clients and ultimately help them meet their real estate goals. In his “leisure” time, Lance enjoys spending time and relaxing with his wife and two young children.
